Really liked it. The story was engaging and the world was interesting. I had tried to read book 1 previously and not been able to get into it, but this one grabbed me straight away. I will go back and try Blood Song again soon.

As usual, I love the characters of the blood song series. Celia is a great strong female character. She has her s**t together, sort of. I mean everyone has baggage. This book starts out very exciting but along the way, it slowed and there was just too much going on that the main issue took a back seat. In general, this is a good book.
