What Members Thought
I was debating between a 3- or a 4-star rating and decided to give it 4-stars since I did read it in basically one sitting. I'm not a fan of the relationship that developed between Kat and another character and some of her behavior didn't seem consistent, especially toward the end, but overall I liked the dynamic between the character and the plot kept a good pace. I'll definitely be reading the next.

A very enjoyable read!
Kit is between a rock and a hard place and she'll either succeed in what she's been tasked to do or she's going to be hunted down and killed. The cherry on top is Damon, the overbearing and exceedingly annoying shifter who has to shadow her for the duration of the investigation, keep her safe and make sure she succeeds or else. The two rub each other the wrong way and are at each other's throats constantly.
