Good stuff. Gin slices and dices with her Ginsu knives, gets covered in blood, gets knocked down but gets back up again (just like Chumbawamba), and reconciles with Owen the Idiot.

Oh yeah, this one is Sophia and Jo-Jo, the two dwarven sisters, and a return to the story of Sophia's past and how the sisters entered Fletcher's, and Gin's, lives. Seriously good stuff. ...more

Heart of Venom is the 9th book in the Elemental Assassin series and unlike most series of this length it is just as strong as the early books.

Gin Blanco cook by day, assassin by night, she tried retirement but it has never seemed to stick.
