The concept of a warrior meeting his mate (sheva) and then his blood brothers having to kill the sheva before the warrior goes rogue seems a bit far-fetched. Worse yet are the stages of the bonding that the couple goes through. It seems like Rowe came up with her plot points and made them the stages of the bonding. And then near the end the Quinn told Grace to do something and it was completely out of character for him. Frankly, there were times this was almost a DNF. I expected better ...more
