Okay so, when I picked up Hotter Than Hell, I was under the impression that there was going to be lots of short stories about rotten summer comedy experiences. I was shocked that this wasn't the case, but lots and lots of raunchy smut material. Not exactly my cup o' tea, but that's what I get for having a love of the paranormal and not the romance. Definitely have to be in a romantically inclined mood to read this one. Had to restart reading this twice.

This book was several authors with short stories. I loved some and did not really care for others. But overall I found a couple of authors I will check out later. I am adding them to my read pile. I went back and forth between 3 and 4 stars and finally decided overall I enjoyed the variety of stories. Paranormal stories about anything you can imagine.

If you like werewolves, vampires, and shapeshifters, and supernatural stories that are... Well, hotter than hell, I would recommend this anthology. Not only are most of the stories great, but it might introduce you to some new authors you have not heard of before.
Warning: Do not read if you are not into erotic fiction.

I don't really read a lot of romance, but I picked this up on a whim. Overall the stories were pretty good, but my favorites were "Life is the Teacher," "Dirty Magic," (both 4 stars) and "Minotaur in Stone" (5 stars). ...more
