For tonight's rendition of Lazy Reviewing, I'm pilfering my own posts from the comments section. (Don't judge me. This is the seventh book.)
Raven Calls might be a Walker novel, but with the story placed out of time and in a different setting (view spoiler) , it almost read like an aside to the series.

I enjoyed this book, but the previous book Spirit Dances is still my favorite of the series. I liked that Ms. Murphy tied up some of the loose ends from the "Banshee Cries" short story and really integrated Jo's mom into the Walker Papers universe.
I liked the basic premise of the story. Joanne goes to Ireland to try and find a cure for her werewolf bite, but instead ends up traveling through time to stop the Morrigan and her Master. That said, the time loops were a bit confusing sometimes. I fe ...more
