Holy. Shit.
So much happened in this wild rollercoaster of a book. Death, destruction, new alliances, birth and rebirth - basically anything and everything we've come to love of a Kate Daniels novel came into play.
It's hard to review, because most of the commentary running through my brain would only lead to spoilers. The crux of it is that everything is tightening and resolving just as it should in light of the series soon coming to a close.

UPDATE (10/17/16) - I did a reread just for the audio version and it was just as good as the printed copy.
ORIGINAL REVIEW (9/22/16) Talk about delivering the goods! Holy crap! I am freaking speechless at how good it was. I am now rejoicing that the audiobook was delayed--I get to do it all over again as soon as that comes out. No #9 book should be this good.

This book is darn near perfect! Easily the best one yet.
