Actual rating 4.5

Traitor's Blade was one of my priority series to start in '22, if not the main. I tend to never start reading a book the moment I buy it, that's how excited I was to dive in.

It didn't disappoint.

Sebastian de Castell has a way of mixing humor and dark that is flows so well together. I have read the first books now in both his series and I can honestly say it will not surprise me if he doesn't become a favourite and auto buy author in the future.

4.5 I so enjoyed this story. For this to be part 1 omg had me like wow. I already have part 2, 3 and 4. I so wanna know where these characters go after this first book.

Loved Falcio, Kest and Brasti friendship. Love how they were there for one another. The are Greatcoats set to put order in the lands by the king. But once their King is killed and the Greatcoats banned they took jobs as they could until they're framed for murder and from there they're mission on surviving while fighting takes off. ...more
