Great read. Kept me on my toes the whole time. Love how the worlds mixes into one another.

I got this on sale from Audible quite a while ago and finally listened to it. I didn't read any reviews until now.... but find them very interesting!
The first thing I thought of when first listening was how so many characters and settings were drawn from other works: Buffy (herself, the Scooby gang, Giles), Voldemort and the Death Eaters, and even Cat from Jeaniene Frost's series. Such a good story! I'm fairly new to the YA genre and I am just loving this series.

Not gonna lie...I first picked this book up so I wouldn't feel bad about watching the movie. I have this weird thing about reading books before I watch the movie. This book definitely did not disappoint and now I am off to finally watch the movie and continue reading the series!
