Well, I had this book since 2014 on my bookshelf since I found this community called BookTube. But for some reason, I didn't read as soon as I had on my hands. During October I haven't finished the two books I started (one of them is a book I forgot about but remembered where I was left and I am almost done so more about that book on its own book-review). So I felt that I had to read something else, as I was browsing through my large TBR books I spotted Cinder and it was calling me.
I loved the r

This is a very good adaptation of the Cinderella story. There's a Cinderella, an evil stepmother, two stepsisters (one's not so bad), and a prince. It's set in a dystopian future with a pandemic that the world is trying to cure.
Everything hinges on the disease one way or another. People are dying and the cure seems to be just out of the medical personnel's reach. They have been experimenting on cyborgs. Cinder is cyborg. She's been hiding her non-human parts from the world. She meets the prince

This is Distopia meets Fairy Tales meets Science Fiction meets Young Adult, and it is so good you should stop reading my entry on it and go get your hands on the book. It's a construct story, set inside of Cinderella, with a cyborg main characters. I loved Cinder. I loved Ky. I love this world. I love how we're slowly introduced to it.

Yes, I figured out the end of this one in the first third, but it was amazing watching it unwind. And if it were not for the fact I've made it the seven or eight

The first thing that I really noticed was that I read the first few chapters. The time just seemed to fly by.

I really liked Cinder and I thought Iko was so cute. I liked Prince Kai and I found myself mildly annoyed with Adri and Pearl.

Story wise I thought it was good. The plot moved a really good pace. I liked the way things unfurled.

But what really had me fascinated was the worldbuilding. I'm a sucker for it. The whole world is so fascinating. I mean cyborgs, androids, and aliens? The moon as a

Review originally posted on Bitten Books and given 5 stars.

Cinder had one of the most exciting, interesting and unique opening lines, chapter... everything that I've ever had the pleasure of reading. If the first chapter didn't suck you in and swallow you whole, maybe you were reading an imposter because I was utterly powerless to resist. And I actually did try to resist. I bought Cinder but planned on reading another book first. I only wanted to take a peek into Cinder... annndd instead I ended
