I had heard good things about Matched, but I was hesitant to pick it up because of my own bias. But I finally started reading it. I’ve recently become fascinated with dystopias which I have to give credit to my first one, The Giver. While The Giver and Matched aren’t particularly violent, the means that the government suppresses their respective people made me think about my government. This was an easy read! It definitely grew on me. It started off slow and got better and better! I'm looking forward to reading the next in the series!
