What Members Thought
I liked this better than her first book - I can start to see how she is progressing as an author. A definite step up from her first novel. There was less "action" in this than most of her other books which was a bit of a surprise. Only one murder? Slacking there Mrs. Harris! I couldn't really like Nickie and as the book went on I was getting sick of her. Mimi was okay and Barbara was annoying at times also. The villain was a little surprise only because she spends more time on other characters.
