Merry and her Girl Scout Troop are in D.C. when she gets a call for help from Riley.
What I enjoyed:
* The girls are a blast. I love how they never panic and are always up for adventure.
* Mr. Fancy Pants the escaped King Vulture who seemed to be following Merry.
* The sheer absurdity of the plot is just a lot of fun.
What could have been better:
* Evelyn was a horrible helper (view spoiler)
