Cute Cozy!
I thought this was cute. I liked that the heroine liked herself as she was. She wasn't perfect and she didn't have a husband or kid but she was good doing her.
We'll see what happens now the potential love interest came to town.
I was screaming at her the whole time leading up to the murderer reveal. I don't know how she didn't see that coming from a mile away. But it all worked out in the end (of course).

I enjoyed finding out when/where both Norman and Mike came into the picture being that I the only book I've read in this series is #14. It's kind of disappointing to know (view spoiler) I liked the who done it and was surprised as I definitely didn't see it coming though with the clues, I should have. I'm not much of a baker (ok I suck) but Ms. Fluke makes it sound so easy and simple. I love the various recipes tossed in periodically. I

this was a quick read. it starts off with hannah, who owns a cookie shop, finding a dead body by her work. she then helps her brother-in-law, who is a cop, to solve the murder. we are introduced to what i believe will be the main characters of the series: hannah, andrea, lisa, bill, norman, delores, and mike.
the biggest thing for me is that, in the real world, cops don't usually have civilian do all the work for them. and that's what happened, hannah solved the whole thing.
