What Members Thought

Silly, humorous fun... with Undersea Folk aka mermaids and mermen.

The fun starts with Fred walking in on her parents "doing it" on the coffee table right in the living room. Too funny!
Fred the mermaid living in Boston and working in an aquarium meets merman Artur,Prince of the Black Sea, and a fellow aquarium worker, Thomas. While investigating toxins in Boston Harbor, both fall in love with her. Meanwhile, her best friend, Jonas, is trysting with her boss in Thomas's hotel suite. The laughs keep coming all the way to the end. Truly laugh out loud funny. ...more

Super quick, fluff read.
What I liked:
* Jonas, the best friend.
* The fish thoughts (and love of Pet Shop Boys).
What could have been better:
* Fred is cranky, rude and selfish, but manages to have a great best friend and two hot guys fall instantly for her.
* I hate love triangles.
* This book should have only been about 170 pages instead of the 268 it clocked in as, due to huge margins and double spacing. Stop killing trees to make a book appear longer than it is.
