The action keeps getting bigger as the series goes on. Percy and Annabeth are searching for Daedalus to make sure he won't allow the the bad guys to use his labyrinth to attack Camp Half Blood. Grover will lose his searcher's license if he doesn't find Pan soon. Relationships are changing. And a mortal saves the day.

Full of action and great character development!
I really enjoyed this book. I liked the new take on greek mythology, but became a bit annoyed at the way the gods and goddesses abandoned their children. I was also captivated by the adventures that Percy and his friends Annabeth and Grover have. I was hooked on that first book and read the entire series in a week.
