The Wird sisters have always been in a word - weird. Their powers are different and as such they've tried to avoid the supernatural world, until they are dragged into vampire court and accused of killing a vampire.

This is the first book in the Weird Sisters series and we meet Celia, Emme, Taran and Shayna wird who each have unusual talents/gifts. This is a surprisingly different urban fantasy that is action-packed from the first page. I enjoyed the variety of dangerous creatures and the Wird sisters strange gifts.
