What Members Thought
It amazes me that people can be so critical of romance novels. I was just flipping through some of the reviews and I think some of the harsh criticism isn't necessarily warranted about Julia Quinn's first book. It's not as polished as her current works, but whose first book really is if you're comparing it as someone matures? I really enjoyed this light read, which what I think most romances are since there are really only so many ways to make a "happy" ending. I enjoyed the secondary characters
