5+ stars – Historical/Regency Romance
Wow! What can I possibly say about this one to convey how absolutely wonderful it is? Talk about a charming, wickedly splendid read and a smashing good time! A Week to Be Wicked is one of the most engaging, refreshing, witty, banterific, and all around pleasing historical romances that I’ve read in quite a while and definitely so far this year.

I've switched over to e-books, but if I still had a keeper shelf, this book would find a permanent home.
I read Goddess of the Hunt by Tessa Dare, and liked it, but can't tell you a thing about it. I tried reading another Tessa Dare novel prior to this, and while the writing was perfectly fine, the story didn't grab me. It's still 1/4 read. I can't even remember the title.

Finally, a place were she can wear spectacles, walk and read at the same time, research rocks to her hearts content! I bonded with Minerva, and related to her in a way rare for heroines(sans the fascination with rocks). She

My favorite romance novels are those that involve my brain, touch my heart, tickle my funny bone, and satisfy my love for lucid, textured prose. A Week to Be Wicked qualifies on all counts. It left me smiling and sighing, with a tear in my eye. Take advantage of the preorder discount, haunt your local bookstore on March 27, or have the book shipped to your door. This is one you definitely don’t want to miss.
