I liked this book but I didn't LOVE this book. It was a nice, easy read but nothing that made me say WOW! This story starts with a man who is dealing with the recent death of his wife. He owns the bookstore in the island-town he lives in.

A lovely easy read. Some of the story is not very believable - such as AJ being allowed to adopt a 2 year old but this does not detract from the story itself. The characters are well drawn, all particularly like the police chief
