Virginia Woolf's delightfully whimsical biography of the Victorian poet Elizabeth Barrett Browning's beloved spaniel, Flush, is read by Jenny Coverack. Flush was given to Miss Barrett by a family friend, and the young spaniel very quickly became the poet's devoted companion and constant atttendant at her bedside in her father's house in Wimpole Street.
