Well written and visually stimulating. Great message about keeping your imagination running strong even when you grow up, regardless of what the world says. Perfect for kids of most all ages. Dorman is truly a sorcerer with the digital paintbrush.
Only gripe: I wished it could have been longer. I have a feeling the Brandons originally had 4-8 more images/pages in the manuscript and were forced to remove them to keep the work short (kid short?), and the result is choppy transitions between a few ...more

This is probably one of the cutest little kid books I've ever read. I read it on the way home from the library. Short and sweet.
