ORIGINAL, EXTREMELY FUNNY AND VERY CLEVER.
The author uses a style all of his own in the short preramble in which the subject of sleep is discussed. Did you know it was invented by the Romans? These and other facts are gleefully imparted.
We are then launched into the book proper, and this is where the fun really begins! As mentioned, this is an original and amusing look at sleep. And look at it our author does! Each recommended sleeping position is demonstrated by a photographs a caption added

I wasn't sure what to expect with this book as it is a humour book but looks serious when you first pick it up. I had a flick through and was soon convinced when I read some of the text - it is very funny throughout.

The person showing the positions is very professional, which adds to the illusion that this is a genuine guide for how to get to sleep if you're having problems. This is shattered by the back cover, which suggests there is no chance this book will help at all. It's just a very good c
