Since Illusion is only the second book I've read by Frank Peretti - the first being House which he co-wrote with Ted Dekker - I'm not that familiar with his writing, although many of his books I plan on reading.
I found the story to be very interesting and while a few things were confusing, it was still enjoyable! I think Mandy's character was really funny at times - especially when talking about computers, cell phones, etc.

I didn't like this book as much as Peretti's other books. I did like the Mandy character, but I felt bad that she had to struggle alone through a big chunk of the book. I would give this 3 1/2 stars.
