Lillian Bowman and Marcus Masden, Earl of Westcliff

I can't even put into words exactly how much I loved Lillian and Marcus and Lillian and Daisy. The relationship between the sisters made me smile and laugh, and the chemistry between Lillian and Marcus was hot. It didn't matter if they were arguing or having a moment of passion.

I love strong, feisty heroines, and Lillian is one of the best. She won't take crap from anyone, no matter how rich and powerful they are...or how much her mother tries to change her. The end took me a little by surprise; it didn't seem to fit the characters (well, the mother sure, but St.Vincent? I wasn't feeling it). ...more
