What Members Thought

It is actually not that bad, the world building was fascinating, it is just that the plot did not move as fast as I wanted and the info dump was boring me to death sometimes. Still glad I read it since it was in my TBR for a long tine, though I had to skim and jump after struggling halfway.

Definitely a concept book rather than characters -- the characters were interesting but I felt I was seeing them from outside and that the final resolution didn't completely grow from their choices. But the near future stuff was really thought provoking and the idea of the mixing of human and machine intelligence gave me a lot to chew over.
