I'm not really a horror fan, but I will allow a little horror in an otherwise ripping yarn. And this is exactly that... a little horror in a ripping yarn. Mostly it's the urban fantasy I prefer... ghosts and sorcerers abound. And a good bit of casting of Yale as a less-than-exemplary Ivy that resonates with whatever populist sentiments lurk within me. *TRIGGER WARNING*: sexual assault of a minor

Aside from some rough parts (see above), I enjoyed it. I'm a sucker for angry women who learn to embrace their power. Looking forward to the next one, especially now that I know what I'm in for.
