This book (the second in the trilogy) was a wonderful read. The utopian society (dystopian) that is the setting to this book trilogy reveals itself to be a bit less than perfect, as we see from the first book Matched. As the main character, Cassia, finds herself reeling from the shock and new revelations of the Society in the first book, we see her seeking to find answers to the many questions in her head and right the wrongs that she caused. I found myself struggling to read this book, but somehow I finished. Least to say, I skimmed the entire book. What happened? Did Ally Condie, Veronica Roth,Suzanne Collins, and Cassandra Clare get kidnapped by Stephenie Meyers??? I can't even explain what happened in this book because I don't even know. It was not as interesting as the first, therefore it was hard to focus. The first of the series, Matched was good, I like it, but this book was unbearable!
