What Members Thought
I really didn’t think I would like this book (the endorsement from Stephenie Meyer on the front of my edition didn’t really help..), but I was pleasantly surprised. It was fast-paced and the alternate world seemed well-thought out. I liked the characters and their personalities and I can see why this is a popular YA book. I didn’t love it like a lot of people seem to, but I’ll most likely check out the next couple in the series.
Oh. My God. This book IS PHENOMENAL!I love how Cassandre Clare progressed the plot. My favorite character is Jace! However, I started to feel like "what?! NOOO!! Clary X Jace FOREV!" because Jace is *********************************************** (ending :P) I am really excited to read the next book...SO glad that I got to finish it before the movie came! :D
