This was a shorter book, but it took me awhile to get through it. I’ve previously read two other Albom books (The Five People You Meet in Heaven and The Magic Strings of Frankie Presto), both of which I enjoyed so I was looking forward to this read.

This book was fantastic! The beginning drew me in so quickly that I knew I was going to love the book. The themes were universal and the story was interesting. The middle dragged just a bit but the end wrapped everything up so nicely.

The story revolves around the first person who counted time (and ends up being Father Time) and has two side stories involving a love-struck teenager who wants too little time and a dying millionaire who wants too much time. All the stories are fantastic and tie in ...more

I usually love Mitch Albom‘s books but I’m glad this one wasn’t very long. It jumped around a lot and I just couldn’t get into the characters. Sadly, I found the epilogue to be the best part.
