This was my least favorite of the anthologies set in the Honor Harrington series.
The first story "By the Book" by Charles Gannon doesn't feel like the Honorverse at all. It is set in Earth's Solar System and is a political screed against the Greens who, at the time of the story, control a world-wide government on Earth.
