What Members Thought
This should be mandatory reading for anyone going to war, and particularly for those with their fingers on the button. It is a cautionary tale that reads more like non-fiction than a novel, and whilst it is very bleak in parts, it also manages to relieve that depressing litany of horror with absorbing peeks into the lives of the survivors. Although very sad, and at times difficult to read, Black Rain was also quite informative, and a testament to the human spirit.
Heartrending. Disturbing. Something that will continue to change my views.
