I loved this story! Maybe it was because I approached it with lower expectations, since everyone has said it's not as good as the first three Wallflower books, or maybe it was because LK is such a fabulous storyteller, and made me fall in love with the characters...but who cares--I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Unfortunately I didn't think this was as good as the first three Wallflower books. It's more of a 3.5 stars though.
It was predictable and a bit boring. I wanted things to hurry along at times. Matthew doesn't really stand out as a strong hero like the other heroes in the previous stories and Daisy was too different from the other books where she appeared more whimsical. The steamy scenes were missing something too. Daisy's sister Lillian is a pain in this story, bossy, stuck up in a way and just ...more

Until now, the Wallflower series has been pretty good but not 100% satisfying for me like it has been for so many other readers. As such, I wasn't sure what to expect going into it, but now that I've finished it, I'm going to go against the grain ...more

I really loved the plot at the beginning of this book but the rest seemed quite boring to me.

Another winning read from Lisa Kleypas.
This the story of the last Wallflower, Daisy Bowman. Matthew and Daisy are very well-matched, and their romance is both funny and poignant. I love this book.
