Book 3 in the "MacKade Brothers" series has the best ending! Going at this backwards couldn't be helped. I loved how Nora ended Cassie and Devin's story. Devin's love and devotion for 12 years to Cassie, although married and a mother to two, was heartwrenching. Not only because Devin had loved her even before she married right out of high school but now he was the sheriff and had been called to Cassie's house on numerous spousal abuse complaints. 5 stars – Contemporary Romance
THis is a good book. It follows all the McKades and it really works for me. Devin is my least favourite brother but i still really like him, i think his patience is so cute. I love how he is with the kids.
He is a hero who is happy being a small time cop, he knows what he wants and wont settle for less. I love the love scene in the bunk house at the cop station!!
