I feel exactly the same way as my earlier review below. Way too long and I was itching for it to be over.

Took me 3 tries to get going with this one. Left the last one hour of this 11-hour plus audio because I got bored, and tired of Erickson's voice.
Murder investigation was meh. The Bowers thread was what kept me listening and it was fun seeing Troy Trueheart in his first appearance here - I'd met him in the later books ...more

Eve and Roarke
NR has done it again. Conspiracy in Death is my favorite In Death book so far, outside of Naked In Death. This book was simply fantastic. To see Eve stripped of her identity and her reaction to it was heartbreaking. I adore the way she leaned on Roarke and how he did not disappoint for a second.
