What Members Thought
My first In Death book after several years and while I did (barely) finish it, it was a struggle at times. What I don't like about this series is that Eve hasn't developed after 14 books and Roarke is as one-dimensional as ever. His only use in the books is to plug his Energizer Penis into Eve after a hard day's work and magically revive her. Or buy her designer stuff.
All well and good if this were real life but it's a murder mystery police procedural and all I get are the same Eve, same Roarke. ...more
