The scene that didn't happen in "Kiss the Dead", because Asher wasn't being a good boy. Not much to describe: a mfm sex scene with Jean-Claude, Anita, and Asher in Jean-Claude's big marble tub. Two chapters long.

The "Kiss the Dead" preview in the back is part of chapter 1, and all RPIT Federal Marshal stuff.

My first Kindle pre-order. If Laurell didn't mention the book on Twitter I would have forgotten it was out today. ...more

Naughty Anita, how I've missed you!!! For those who missed JC & Asher in the last installment, Ms. Hamilton has gifted us with a smexxy story of just Anita and these two VILF's (Vamps I'd Like to F*ck)! This is a VERY short story, and can be read in less than an hour, but you will for sure be clutching your naughty parts during that time! Highly recommend for those who luvs Anita when she's being a "bad" girl with her men! ...more

This is a very short story, basically just a scene. Anita heads home, finds Jean Claude waiting in the tub then Asher joins them, & you can figure out the rest. It still had the over description of their eyes & hair, just not repeated over and over. It was interesting when Asher makes a comment about others saying he's "spoiled", because this book takes place before Kiss The Dead where major changes take place with Asher. All in all it was a good scene, I just don't remember her having black hai ...more

loved it. It showed Anita's growth with her sexuality. It also showed just how much she trusts Jean Claude and how huge of a factor he is in her life. She loves and trusts him implicitly. I think this novella was a good glue for the series, because a couple of us fans were wondering how her multiples...were affecting her relationship with Jean Claude. ...more
