I absolutely totally adored this book! Not only it's a historical romance "in disguise", meaning that the setting of most of the story is on a planet, Orleans, which is considered backward by comparison to Earth, and its development is up to the 18th century, but it also bears the degree of realism and naturalism that I absolutely adore in Kaitlyn O'Connor's books...
