I read this book because so many people told me it was great. It was :) Also very sad and emotional :( Looking forward to seeing how things turn out in the next book!

I reviewed this trilogy as a whole, the the review will be the same for all three books!
The Hunger Games is the type of trilogy that requires a genre all its own. It's a mold breaker. By far, these books have had more impact on me than anything I have ever read before. The story of Katniss and Peeta and the other district residents is beyond touching and entertaining. Really, there are no words to describe the enormity of what you will find on these pages.

This is definitely one of the best series in the world, if they make a movie of it I'm camping out in front of the theater. Honestly starting off reading this I was a little wary on where it was going. I tend to like books more about romance. I wasn't even sure what the gender was at the beginning. After I read this one I just couldn't wait for Catching Fire.

This is by far the best book I have EVER read. No words can describe how brilliantly amazingly amazing this book is. Not only does it have never ending action but an endless amount of suspense and romance. It feels wrong even saying these words about the book because they do not give this book justice. Best book I've read in my lifetime. Couldn't put it down. You can't stop thinking about it an characters that stay with you long after the last page. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the story about two teens who go through a "game" in which if you loose, you die, and i you win, you become rich... it just attracted me like honey attracts bees.

Well, i liked this book, a lot. I had heard about it from a lot of people so thought id read it to see what all the fuss was about and now? Im completely hooked and waiting for the second book to arrive! I really liked the main charecter Katniss Evergreen and thought she was a easy charecter to connect to as well which made me connect with her more. The main boy, Peeta, wasn't too bad either. He wasn't a natural survivor like Katniss but he adapts well. My favourite charecter in the book though,

100 plus Star, loved this book, loved the way that katniss is a survivor, and peeta is the voice that always knows what to say, when the time is right. Gale is just awesome, but I would rather have him as more of a brother than a lover. I think this would be a great movie series! (uhmm uhmm better than harry potter)
