Lots of great insights in how people think and feel, whether consciously and/or unconsciously. Many things covered can greatly help shape better user interfaces and user experiences. This book does a good job of reinforcing design principles and giving rationale behind design decisions other than subjective opinion. Certain 'things' I was able to put into practice at work immediately. Recommended reading for all designers. ...more
