When I say this book exceeded my expectations, I am not exaggerating in the slightest. Heather Morris has been working on this story for a while, originally starting it out as a screenplay, desperate to tell the story on the silver screen. I loved this book it was a true account of one man's survival through a difficult and horrific period of time. This book will definitely open your eyes to this man's story finding love in a horrific concentration camp & how he survived and helped many others survive as well. This is definitely not a light read but it a story that will stay with your for some time.
