Given to me as a birthday present, I wasn't sure what to make of this book at first.
It's a hilarious and thought-provoking story that chronicles the "missing" years of Jesus' life. The Bible tells us about the birth of the Saviour, and we don't see him again til the Sermon on the Mount.
Written in a manner that is both funny and reverent, Lamb is one of my favourites to revisit whenever I need to get in touch with my spiritual side and have a good laugh! ...more

I went into reading this book with pretty low expectations. I knew that it was a comedy and that worried me because I figured the humour would make the read less than riveting. However, I soon realized that this was a well-written, researched book that brought me right into the world created by Moore.
