What Members Thought

No vacancies is a very light read, very smooth to go through, but a lot of fun as well. This is a book where each story keeps you turning the pages, and the supernatural, the superpowers, are brought to a more realistic feel, like the person can actually be beside you all along.
It is a perfect light book for that casual day, or a perfect gift to an adventure seeker. Definitely one for the bookshelf.

A very detailed world, no question about that, and the stories are well structured, only hinting at a much larger world. The stories One More Sunday and Devotion are probably my favorite. The latter reading like what you would get if Alan Moore wrote an episode of Criminal Minds.
My only complaints is that the stories are shorter than they need to be, and can feel a little rushed sometimes. All in all, five stars.
