I found myself in yet another reading slump starting but not finishing book after book. I decided to give Endurance a shot and I was hooked in the very first chapter. The whole concept was really interesting although, with the exception of Grandma
I thought these women would be able to kick more ass then they did and I anxiously awaited a freak beat down that turned into a granny gone wild sequence instead. There are very few Konrath/Kilborn books that I don't care for but this one I truly enjo

I promise I'm not working for J.A. Konrath or Jack Kilborn, (who, by the way, are the same person) but he is my new best friend.

Endurance is sick and gory and a lot of fun!

It begins with an athlete who was offered a free stay at a remote bed and breakfast while she participated in a triathlon. However, once she got there, she was attacked by a bunch of deformed, insane, self-proclaimed descendants of royal and presidential blood lines; psychopaths who wanted her rare blood type for transfusion

Endurance: A Novel of Terror by Jack Kilborn

At a creepy bed and breakfast in the woods of West Virginia lies a place of terror. The Iron Woman triathlon is coming to town, but the Rushmore hotel is booked solid. Several of the participants are left no choice but to travel almost and hour to the Creepy Inn.

Mesmerizing, horrifying, fantastic! I have no idea why his editors didn't want to publish this. It is a must read for those with a strong stomach. I'd of rated it 4.5 if I could of; having to choose between 4 or 5 stars I'd say it is closer to 5. ...more

This is the very first book I read buy Kilborn.
I was hooked.
He had a fan for life.
This book grabs the reader and never lets go. At the end you are left wanting, NO needing more.
I purchased another book immediately like i said i was hooked.
