I don't mind reading a (or several) new long series of another wizarding schools in JK Rowling's fantasy-world. But not another Harry Potter/Hogwarts story, please. Yet, when this script book came out, I have no choice but reading it.
I don't know what to expect from this book. But at least I expect consistent characterization of the characters from the previous books, since almost all the important characters from the past are in this book. That does not happen. Well, people can change, of cours ...more

I really enjoy this. And I wasn't sure that I would. While lacking the sense of wonder in the original seven books, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child worked well as a play. I enjoyed the Albus and Scorpius relationship. Admittedly, though, it read like some fanfiction to me. I would be very interested to see this done on the stage. Definitely some cool theatrical moments.
