I really wanted to love and be riveted by this book but I think it was a casualty of its author's untimely death. I enjoyed the early parts that were more memoir but when it became just a retelling of crime after crime all with pseudonyms, I had to just let it wash over me. I also may have found it anti climactic because by the time I read it they'd caught him.

I started reading this at the end of 2017 when I was struggling to pleasure read. I remember trying to speed read because we all knew they were getting close to catching GSK, which they did In May 2018. I wasn’t able to continue as much as I wanted to. So glad I finally finished. Heartbreaking the capture was so close to losing her, and it has been interesting knowing what we know now….
