Midnight Sun [2008 Draft] in Twilightinators!

Thank you Stephenie for making this available to those of us who already LOVE your work. PLEASE finish this even if you totally rewrite what you've done so far. We LOVE your writing and the perspectives and experiences your write into Edward's life and we learn so much more of the Cullen family atmosphere and relationships. I already adore Bella from weakness and insecurity to strength determination and valor she gains along the way. And I loved Edward for all his true devotion and charm and int Thank you Stephenie for making this available to those of us who already LOVE your work. We LOVE your writing and the perspectives and experiences your write into Edward's life and we learn so much more of the Cullen family atmosphere and relationships. I already adore Bella from weakness and insecurity to strength determination and valor she gains along the way. And I loved Edward for all his true devotion and charm and integrity. I listen repeatedly to all four of the Twilight audiobooks day and night while working, walking in the park, and falling asleep. But I go soooo much more of a well-rounded view through reading what you've done so far with Midnight Sun. I want more... to know all that he went through and experienced not only throughout the first book but I would love to read his perspective throughout the series. I would even love to read a Jacob perspective of New Moon and Eclipse. You gave us some of him in Breaking Dawn and the "crazy half-naked wolf boys" are so fun to read. But You have given Edward so much more depth than we ever hope to know or guess by the Twilight books alone, even though he shares some of his feelings and struggles in conversations with Bella and Jacob off and on, it is nothing like reading the thoughts and emotions and the many misunderstandings they have the entire time they are getting to know eachother is downright hilarious and sweet simultaneously. This story completes a perfect example of how differently we see things and how far off we can be in determining what the other one is thinking. It is fun, meaningful and just WONDERFUL to have even these few chapters of Midnight Sun and I beg you to finish it and write even more. I know you feel robbed and betrayed by whoever let this go, but feel loved and admired by all who are reading it. WE WOULD GLADLY PAY IN ADVANCE! And I'm serious here... having read all I've seen out there from fans I am pretty sure if you put a donation button on your website you'd get tons of financial appreciation for what you've written so far of Midnight Sun and we'll still buy it in full when it comes out officially! This review should be a letter a Stephenie but I have no way of sending it so I publish it to all who have interest in this book!

i LOVE this draft and can't wait for the full version, it's awesome to be able to get inside Edward's head and see what other people are thinking at the same time. i finally realise how hard it is for him to be close to her. it's so much more interesting inside his head than bella's. i love it. i want her to finish it sooooo badly =] ...more

If this was a full novel, it would be my favorite. I would love for this drasft to be finished mainly because I like hearing Edwards side of the story. He is so passionate and sensual and I would have liked to hear more of his side during the more intense parts of his side of Twilight.

I loved this!! The only down side is that it isn't finished. That makes me so sad. But, it is still well written like everything else Stephenie Meyer writes. I really wish she would finish it though. ...more
