Merry collects boy toys like other people collect Pokemon. Gotta catch em all!

I really enjoyed this one. The characters and the world are full of life. I'd say it's akin to the Dresden Files but with a whooooole lot more smut. Recommended for those who like urban fantasy/paranormal romance.

I enjoyed the world-building & Merry's development of powers, icky as the results are, but I got very tired of reading about what she was wearing, what others were wearing & how beautiful the beautiful people were. This was really a difficult read for me. To discriptive for my taste. Moved to slow. But I finally got through it and I am hoping now that she has given us the base for the story line, the other books move faster.

Read this again and wow...it's better the second time around...
I love Merry and all her mighty men...

I know I said the first time it was difficult to get through but I still highly recommend the book and the series.

Hang in there; it's definitely worth it...
