One thing to know about me is that when choosing a book, I never read the inside pages that list the critics'reviews and quotes about the book. Never. I have found it ruins the reading experience for me and no book seems to live up to the snippets intended to entice me to read or purchase the book. After wiping the tears from my eyes upon finishing this book, I closed the cover and perused the reviews. Spot on.
