Overall, an enjoyable read. It was easy to get sucked into the book. Also you have a woman that has done bad, but has corrected her life. I did read a comment about the lack of quotation marks bothered some individuals when they were reading this, and I will say there were times I wanted to know if something was actually said out loud or were just a thought. I could understand the choices that Patsy made, and enjoyed the journey with her.
